Our Leadership

Melissa Johnson
Acting Director
Ms. Johnson is the Office for Equal Employment Opportunity's Deputy Director and Senior Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist. She is currently serving as Acting Director. She develops, directs, and coordinates agency programs, policies, and activities to ensure they meet the responsibilities under the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other equal employment opportunity laws and regulations. Ms. Johnson is committed to ensuring her office provides all staff excellent customer service.
